We review nominations for service-area fit, delivery feasibility, and basic safety. We may not be able to respond to every submission individually.
We’re currently focused on the Reading / Lancaster, PA area. Anything beyond a 50-mile radius from Reading, PA can’t be served right now.
Please do not include children’s full names, private medical details, or other sensitive personal information in this form.

Who can I nominate?
A hospital, children’s ward, or shelter in our current service area. Nominations are for institutions, not individual children or families. You can be part of the organization or someone who cares about its work.
What information helps?
The organization’s name, city and state, what it does, and why you think a little sunshine would help. A staff contact and an approximate number served are helpful if you know them, but you can leave those optional fields blank.
What about delivery restrictions?
Let us know about any rules you already know, such as balloon, food, or visitor restrictions. Please do not arrange a visit or promise gifts on our behalf. We first need to review whether a delivery is feasible and appropriate.
Is a nomination a confirmed delivery?
Not yet. We review requests for service-area fit, delivery feasibility, and basic safety. Our capacity is limited, and we may not be able to respond to every nomination or fulfill every request. Please do not use this form for emergency help.
How do I protect someone’s privacy?
Describe the organization rather than an individual’s situation. Do not include children’s full names, medical records, private stories, or a confidential shelter address. A city and state are enough for the location field.
